Welcome to End of the Trail Foxtrotter Ranch

Our philosophy is we believe the future of the Missouri Foxtrotting horse rests solely in the hands of all breeders today.  What breeders produce and sell today are the international ambassadors and future of the breed forever. 

We believe strongly in re-introducing as many of the original foxtrotter bloodlines  that originated the breed as close-up on a pedigree as possible to invigorate the current bloodlines with the characteristics that made the Foxtrotter a horseman's delight to ride and own.    Our recently acquired 20 year stallion, "One Of A Kind", aka Fella - photo right and below typifies our belief.

Over the past twenty years, End of the Trail Ranch has specialized in breeding quality champagnes, buckskins, palominos and roan colored Foxtrotters; however, our breeding program has always been to produce Foxtrotters that are naturally gaited, do not pace, have good "form to function" conformations, great minds and dispositions.  The quality of our 55 sold horses are clearly demonstrated on our SOLD PAGES

Our horses are maintained on a healthy natural diet, up-to-date on vaccinations including West Nile, kept on a rotational worming program and receive regular farrier service.  We handle all of our young stock and do the basics so they are willing and trusting, lead, load and ready for their new owner to take their training level to the next step.  A non-refundable deposit will hold any horse for a reasonable amount of time.
